1. What Parfia is
Parfia helps you discover perfume: original scent descriptions, live prices from UK retailers, price-drop alerts, similar-fragrance suggestions and a gift finder. Parfia is a discovery and comparison service — we don’t sell perfume, and your purchase contract is always with the retailer you buy from.
2. Prices and availability
Prices come from retailers’ licensed product feeds and are refreshed regularly, but they can change between our last update and your click. Always check the final price on the retailer’s site before buying. Offers are sorted lowest-price-first, always — commission never affects ordering. Where no reliable price is available we say so rather than guess. In-store availability shown by the store finder is never guaranteed; call ahead.
3. Affiliate links
When you click through to a retailer and buy, Parfia may earn a commission. This funds the app and never changes the price you pay or the order in which offers appear.
4. Parfia Plus
Parfia Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) purchased through your Apple ID. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies. You can restore previous purchases from the paywall or Settings.
5. Fair use
Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or misuse the service, and don’t use Parfia’s content to build a competing dataset. Scent descriptions are Parfia’s original editorial work.
6. Accuracy and liability
Fragrance information (notes, concentrations, years) is compiled carefully but perfume reformulations and retailer errors happen; nothing here is a guarantee of a product’s characteristics. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parfia is not liable for losses arising from purchases made with third-party retailers or from reliance on price data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app. You can stop using Parfia at any time and delete your data in Settings → Delete Account.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales.
